Bali, Indonesia. On-site is required to film properties, meet clients, and attend viewings.

Compensation is the Indonesian statutory minimum wage (UMP/UMK for the work location) + uncapped commissions from property sales and media deals. Active Influencers typically earn USD $50,000–$250,000 per year (performance-based, not guaranteed). All payments are in IDR, and you’re responsible for Indonesian taxes.

You earn on qualified leads you generate or close with our team. Exact tiers, splits, and accelerators are explained in the interview and offer pack.

Both. You’ll attract leads via your content and personal brand; we also route qualified inbound leads from Ora channels when appropriate.

A modern smartphone capable of 4K video, stable internet, and basic audio (a wireless mic is recommended). We share shot lists, hooks, captions, and templates.

Expect 3–7 posts per week across platforms, plus stories and live sessions when needed. Consistency is key.

English is required. Bahasa Indonesia is a plus. Any additional language that reaches our buyer pools (e.g., Russian, Mandarin, Arabic) is a strong advantage.
